Homesharing pohledem nezapojených nestátních neziskových organizací
VANÍČKOVÁ, Kristýna
The thesis deals with the topic of homesharing and summarizes its implementation in the Czech Republic. The thesis sets two objectives, namely to survey the views of the representatives of non-participating non-governmental organisations (hereinafter referred to as NGOs) on the need for homesharing services in regions where homesharing is not organised; and to examine the opinion of the representatives of non-participating NGOs on the organisation of homesharing in the Czech Republic. The research is conducted through a qualitative research strategy, using semi-structured interviews. The method of deliberate (purposive) sampling was adopted to select the research population. The research sample consists of 13 managers of NGOs located in regions where homesharing is not organised and 1 programme manager of the Abakus Foundation. The analysis of the results is conducted using open coding and axial coding, and a paradigmatic model is created. The data obtained are processed using ATLAS.ti 8 software. The data analysis revealed the perceptions of the NGO representatives regarding the Czech concept of homesharing, its necessity and also its organisation. The representatives of the non-participating NGOs perceive the need for homesharing mainly in connection with the drastic lack of social services for people with autism spectrum disorder particularly in the afternoon or at the weekends. The findings indicate that homesharing has the potential to complement social services. Not all areas of the organisation of homesharing are perceived positively by NGO representatives. The results show a lack of promotion and insufficient distribution of NGOs providing homesharing. The research reveals a certain lack of interest on the part of the representatives towards the inclusion of homesharing services. The thesis contains a subjective evaluation of homesharing by NGO representatives, which can serve as feedback for NGOs organizing homesharing in the Czech Republic. The thesis can also be used as a source of information for the wider public interested in the Czech concept of homesharing.

Henzlová, Viktorie ; Zemková, Jaroslava (advisor) ; Hradilová, Tereza (referee)
Families that take care of children with autistic spectrum disorder contend with everyday mental strain while looking after their child. Situation is even more complicated for lack of social services suitable for autistic spectrum disorder. It forces families to rely on themselves. In response to lack of services in the Czech Republic a new shared care service called homesharing was established by initiative "Naděje pro děti úplňku". Homesharing is a voluntary service and works as follows. An instructed host family looks after a child with autistic spectrum disorder at their place at regular intervals. The service enables an essential time to a rest to primary family. The objective of my diploma thesis called Shared care for children and pupils with autism spectrum disorders is to investigate the experience of host and primary families within the homesharing service. Theoretical part of my diploma thesis describes issues (social services, shared care) linked to autistic spectrum disorders on the basis of reference books. Practical part of my work contains qualitative research, specifically semi-conducted interview. Respondents were members of the primary and host families who were integrated into the project for more than a year. The work comes to the conclusion that homesharing brings benefits to...

This diploma thesis on the topic Benefits and risks of home sharing in the care of children with autism spectrum disorders is focused on children with autism spectrum disorders, their families and especially on the new home sharing service. This is a form of relaxation stay, which regularly takes place in the household of the so-called host. The work is divided into two parts. The first chapter of the theoretical part summarizes the existing historical facts from the description of autism spectrum disorders by Leo Kanner and Hans Aspergerm. It also presents current knowledge in the field of aetiology, diagnostics and classification options. The third chapter is devoted to a family and a child with ASD. The last chapter of the theoretical part presents shared care home sharing. It describes its beginnings in Ireland and its gradual expansion to other countries around the world, including the Czech Republic. The course of pairing and individual phases, without which this service cannot get along, is also described in more detail. The practical part is based on qualitative research. The original intention of the author was to map the experience with the benefits and risks of the home sharing service directly in the primary and host families. However, both of these groups are parts of the Home sharing...
